As a condition of your probation order with the Board of Chiropractic Examiners (BCE), you are required to submit to random drug and/or alcohol testing. This fact page is to introduce you to Agathos Laboratories, Inc. (ALI) and prepare you for the testing requirements and enrollment process.

The BCE recently contracted with ALI to randomly test its probationers. ALI is a Santa Clara, California-based company that specializes in affordable and dependable routine and esoteric medical testing services. ALI has sub-contracted with over 80 collection sites spanning the state of California. Collection sites are also available outside of California. Paul Momoh, Ph.D. is the Founder and President of ALI.

You are required to call ALI’s toll-free random test selection notification and customer service line at (888) 699-0445 daily, between the hours of 4 am and 4 pm PST. You are to follow the phone instructions to learn if you have been randomly selected for testing. If selected, following your phone call, you are required to report to a collection site the same day you are selected to complete your required testing. You MUST have a government issued ID and the required documents on your person when you visit the collection site. Please follow the instructions outlined below to access and maintain your ALI account.

Chain-of-Custody (COC) forms will be mailed to you when you are initially registered with ALI for drug and alcohol testing.

To access your account for the first time and subsequently, visit our secure website and log-in by entering your user ID (username) and password. We encourage you to reset your password and ensure the demographic information we have on file for you is correct the first time you login to your account. If the information is not correct, send an email with the correct information to Rachel Barsotti. Correcting your information with ALI will not change your info with the Board; you must also contact the Board for updates. Your User ID does not change.
